Happy New Year All!

My name is Tim Bryant, I'm a new investor from Northville Michigan. I'm excited to be apart of the BP community. I'm looking forward to learning more about investing, networking with like minded people and getting my first deal done! My goal is to do rehabs and also acquire some rentals. I would like to get involved in some local REI groups in the area.
