Hay, thanks for the input.

What I'm looking for is a property management software that can send/receive renter applications, renter screening (background / credit), maintenance request, and receive renters payments at a minimum.

Cozy, Appartments.com, Tenant Cloud, Turbo tenant, Yardi???

My property background:

I have done 2 new builds and 3 live in flips over the years, but now I'm finally moving to the buy and hold.

I currently have a duplex. I have a single family and a second duplex under contract now.

I'm looking to get my systems in place before I get more units.

Please advise.

What are your thoughts about Cozy / Appartments.com?

I have 1 duplex, but I'm buying 3 more and need to get some property management software.

Trying to get my systems in place as I grow.

Recommendations?
