Any good free rent estimators you guys use to find out the average rent price for the area and specific property you want to buy? For example, what’s the average rent price for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Austin Texas?

I am looking for a STR around Illinois or Wisconsin. Was wondering if anyone know any good real estate agents and/or areas to look at that is good with STR around this area. My budget would be around $250,000. Thank you!
