I purchased my 1st 5 unit property last year and am looking to add 4 more this year. How do you find properties that meet your criteria that are not listed for sale? Are there sites I can search for properties not for sale? And if so how do you find the owners contact information?

Hi, I'm trying to find a software company that can build a online portal into our website? In this portal we would like to be able to send automated emails as reminders for rent payments, allow tenants to view their documents (lease agreements, or payment history), pay their rent online, and allow tenants to create work orders from online. It would be ideal if this worked hand and hand with rent manager as we currently use this software. Does any one have any recommendation?
