i do not, but for what it's worth, i will look at properties here and there.  my company is based out of milwaukee so i think i can make that work.  like you I understand milwaukee's market, so i'm a little hesitant to give that up.

The above postings are so right -- do not get creative.  Wisconsin requires strict adherence to a process, including a schedule of notices that you must give.  If the schedule is not strictly followed, your eviction action will be tossed out.  Wisconsin also changed its landlord-tenant law a couple years ago, which included changes to what you can do as a landlord to tenant property.

I can give you attorney referrals too if necessary.  Good luck.
