Post: Best BP book to start out with?

Question is in the title. I'm not a complete beginner but close to it (I have done vacant land flipping) and am wondering what the best BP book for me would be? I know much of the information from BP is free in terms of blog posts, podcast, YT videos and forum but I'm old school and like a comprehensive book I can crack open. It seems at first glance many of the books cover the same material. 

I'm not even really sure what method/niche I want to pursue. Like many, money is an issue but I think I can put away 10-20K in the next ~2 years.
