I’m starting a partnership with my brother-in-law. We are going to do BRRRRs. He lives in NY and I live in SC, which is where the BRRRRs will be done. I plan to do a lot of the work myself. We both have the money to make the cost a 50/50 split. Any suggestions on how to divide this since I will be doing the majority of the work? I will hire contractors for the work can’t do. Thanks Tim

@Terry Paul
That does help. I figure to go through an agent, but actually this is something I can do myself.

I'm looking for a single family house to BRRR. I see pre-foreclosure and foreclosure homes on Zillow. Is it wise to look at this type? Is there generally room to give low ball offers? I live in S.C.

I'm looking to do my first BRRR and I'm planning to use HELOC for cash. I have started to look at rehab potentials on various sites. I would like to find a realtor in the area that has done some BRRRs. I plan to do some of the rehab myself as I consider myself a handyman. I do work full time, but I'm 60 and plan to retire in a year and a half. The rehab portion is something I will enjoy.
