I just ordered and am sending out 538 post cards within the next 2 weeks to absentee owners. They seem to be a good candidate because they all ready are "investors" and they may be a tired landlord.

I have just purchased a list of absentee owners in my area. I will send out the post cards next week. To save on cost I will be sending out 500 at a time. 500 is when you get a bulk break from USPS.

Anyone have any good ideas as far as content for the post card? I will be wholesaling the properties to my buyers.

Are you wholesaling out of state?

Jason was it an out of state deal or near your home?

Yes I do remember that on Cris Chicos site, but I did not get into it enough to take notes or try any of it. My number one problem is figuring out which direction to take. There are many many avenues to take in real estate. I am in Orange County California, best place on earth to live. I've been around the world and love this place the most.

Andrew please tell us more about your California student? Is he from South Carolina? Does he have family there? How long did it take from start to finish to wholesale the house?

who negotiated your deal? i would like to know how the deal was structured. Please tell.

Anyone out there that has a proven track record with out of state wholesaling I would love to hear how you did this who's system you have followed etc.
