hey, good to know about marketplace!

I am going to check out a for sale by owner this evening after work. looks like it will need a new roof and a remodel, something I would call a Contractor Special.

seller won't start packing until he gets cash in hand I reckon.

for sure//

healthy economy is nice!! my area has been dependent on coal since the 70's not sure what new residents will do for work.

then of course many people that grow up in the rural-ness can't wait to get out to the vibrant economies.

Hear that.

seems like alot of cash buyers that could easily afford it in summer of 2020.

running out of inventory = increasing property values

lots of space for more though... probably even enough water near the mountains

Heck,

Wyoming is one big town with long streets.

if you are interested in:

Worland, Lovell, Gillette, Greybull, Add me too.

it makes a good weekend hobby for me to research and scoop up FSBO off market properties.

plus a little outdoor recreation on the side along the Big Horn mountain range.
