Hello all, I am new to real estate investing, and currently I am looking for equity investor partners and I would like to hear what sort of equity splits and what  roles each partner would have in most common partnerships. I keep getting "investors" wanting to take equity but they want to take all of it, and they don't want to do any of the construction work, or pay for it, and I wouldn't get to keep any cash flow either in the potential deals, which is partially why I still have not purchased anything yet and am having a hard time finding deals that are good enough to make a potential money partner happy and give me enough equity to make the deal worth it. Any advise?
