Hello, I am new to BP. I am so glad I stumble across this community. 

My goals is to start investing in Buy and Holds. I don't have a lot of cash but I do have 20k to start out. My Biggest question is how do I turn 20k in to a successful business. I know real estate is not a over night cash flow Business but iwould love to grow it as fast as I can. I was reading about the BRRR That seems interesting, It sounds like it might be hard to find banks to refi so quickly. I am in Kansas City Mo, So there is a lot of small Community Banks I can check out, Has anyone have a great success story using BRRR. Is my goal of 8 Houses in 12 months to high?

These are just some of my thoughts.

I had a few questions. I have seen a lot on this site for steps to buying rentals and flips but my questions are on the business side. My brother and I want to start a business. We want to buy real estate for rentals and filps. I need information on the best way t start this business. Is a LLC the best way to go? Then do I need to get a business license? I am getting ready to start the courses to get my real estate license. When buying property it should be under a business name instead of personal? These are the few questions I have. There is a lot more to know but baby steps lol
