 Elkins, WV. I think anything over 5 units would be too much for me to manage at this point anyways! haha. Not a lot of options in Elkins so far but we are very committed to staying in this community

Hello. My wife and I have been reading the BiggerPockets Book on Rental Property Investing and wish to dip our toes in the water with a bit of house hacking. Looking for a duplex or small multifamily in our area where we can live in and rent out the rest. Have never done this before but seems like the best & simplest introduction to real estate investing as well as a way to live rent free  (in theory). I look forward to learning a lot from everyone here. - Tim
