Hello my name is Tim, I'm 27 years old I live in Westmoreland County, PA. However I work in Frederick Maryland. I'm looking to meeting up with like minded people in those areas to help each other learn the market and possibly invest together on properties. Anyone in the area interested on meeting up?

That sounds like a great idea however only if its a triplex. If its a duplex you will have to pay your partner the cash flow so you will still be paying rent just not as much. Good luck on finding a great property and investor.

Hello, My name is Tim. I'm new to real estate and unsure of how to learn my market and what properties are actually good properties. How can I learn the market in my area? As well as what properties should I stay away from starting out? What would be considered a good cash flow a month?
