Hello all! Brand new to BP and loving it! I'm currently educating myself on real estate investing and looking to purchase my first buy and hold property within the next year. The purpose of this forum is to find connections in my area and begin to grow a network of like-minded people. I also would love to have a forum open where I could potentially ask any questions to assist in my education process! My first question would be this:
How do I pay for my first rental? Is it best to just take out a traditional mortgage with 20% down? Or are there better ways any of you would recommend?
