I am looking for someone who can identify all the no money down strategies so i can do some intense research maybe buy some books so i can learn how to do these strategies. So far i can calculate rois but can never continue to go through with anything after that

I desperately want to invest in my first property. But i do not have the 2 years of work experience get a conventional loan. I would like to know every single possible strategy i can use to be able to acquire my first property. I would also like it to be a house hack so does that mean the property would need to be a duplex?

@Richard Sherman that sounds great but i have no idea how to find a wholesaler at all.. any advice?

i am a college student in south carolina and am wondering if it is possible to start wholesaling, keep up my grades and work my way to 2 or 3 deals.
