Welcome to BP

I agree with Justin a lot of good information on the site.

Podcasts are easy to listen to on the go.

Hello Fellow Landlords

I was wondering if anyone could help me with finding a good lease agreement to use for rental properties we have in Missouri and Indiana. Can the same lease agreement be used in both states or should I use an agreement specific to each state.

Thanks for any advice

Good Morning Fellow Investors

I was wondering if anyone could refer me to a good investor friendly insurance agent in the Kansas City Missouri Area. I am submitting several offers on some vacant properties and want to make sure that they are insurable and also get a reasonable rate.

Have a good day

I have been a member of BP for several months and have been reading the forums and listening to the podcasts. All of this information is very good and I am getting ready to make a couple offers on some fix and flip properties but still need some key members for my team. Does anyone have name(s) of good quality inspector(s) that I could contact once I get a property under contract?

Thanks for the help

Tim
