Currently own 3x Short-Term Rentals and 1x Long-Term Rental.

I have an off market deal for 12acres of vacant property near a small town in Colorado. Total asking price is $32,000, seller financing over 10years. I have no experience investing in vacant land. I'm researching ways to make vacant land cashflow. Open to any ideas, resources or suggestions from people who have experience investing in land. Thanks for your time! My budget is limited as I just setup a new rental.

The goal is to become Financially Independent by 30-years old.

However, I love my Financial Advising job and 95% of the time it doesn't feel like work. Sounds cliche, but I always picture myself at least working part time to stay mentally sharp and have discipline! Great question thought, thanks for asking!

@Anthony Uva just saw this old post haha. I love real estate (3x properties myself) and 40% of my clients are real estate investors. Would love to connect with you and share ideas. PM if you want!
