I live in Granite Falls and have for 16 years. Yes, Granite Falls used to have an issue with Meth but, to say that our town has a HUGE meth problem is seriously exaggerating. Come to Granite Falls and see the 200+ new construction homes that are selling faster than they are built and the multi million dollars homes on acreage with riverfront property and mountain views. Yes there are a couple of older areas where you’ll still find trouble with certain residents but, Granite Falls is a good place to invest. We own 4 properties and have been cash flowing for 9 years.
