Does anyone know of a bank that will do a HELOC on a non-owner occupied property in Hawaii? Thanks in advance!

Last week, I signed up for a sponsoring broker, after passing my exam the prior week. My question is, am I required to use my broker’s dedicated CRM that is included in my monthly fee? I don’t want my skepticism to get the best of me, while I’m trying to get my real estate business on its feet. With that being said, I hope to change the default email address in my business cards to my dedicated email address. Anyone have these thoughts? Any advice will be appreciated!
