William, fix and flips might have died a bit over the past few months but there are always properties to be found and renovated. I live close to this area and I'm now looking as well. It might be harder to find now days but deals are always out there. Sarasota is booming so with that being said you can always find a way to make money. I'm curious to what your strategy is here. Maybe we can connect and make some deals work down the road.

Hey BP! Been following BP podcasts for some time now and finally went pro. I have done most of my DD and I'm looking for some good contacts in the Tampa Bay area.
