Thanks for participating in this forum! You mentioned that a real estate license is a valuable tool but not necessary. Giving by example, when will a license not be necessary when one wants to purchase and or invest in property?

Is it possible for a person to become successful in real estate who is unable to obtain a real estate license? If there is anyone with any knowledge pertaining to this subject feel free to reply !
