Post: Good Time to Start Renting Out a Property

I am looking to buy my first rental property's this year.  With Biden extending the eviction order, is it a good time to start buying properties to rent out?  I am concerned if I buy a property, place a tenant in the house and they decide not to pay rent. Would I be better off waiting until the eviction ban is lifted to buying the properties so I can place paying tenants in them immediately.
