Where do i get a contract for me & the seller to sign? Do I write up one of my own or is there somebody I go to to get it from?

@jason wheeler thats how my husband & I have been doing it just so we can build a relationship with them. We are going to look at a house this afternoon. I just let them know if we can't get the home we know other investors who would be interested. Now say for invent they do work with us were do we get a contract from or do we have to write up one of our own?

How do I introduce myself to the seller without saying I'm an investor?
