Thank you @Joshua Thompson it was a fast and a really big move forward in a world I never thought I would be in. I didn't really pick New Mexico... the properties were part of an inheritance. My grandfather was a REI in New Mexico and upon his passing there were a number of properties in his name roughly 40 counting the escrows.

Very respectfully,

Trish

Good evening everyone, my name is Trish and I hope you all are doing well in your current endeavors. I've been a member on the site for a few months but I have been a bit of a wallflower; spending most of my time here listening to podcasts. However, I thought I would finally jump in and say hello (now that I officially own a few properties).

As my title highlights, I live in Houston, Tx but the properties I own are in New Mexico. They are a mix of raw land and rentals (residential and one commercial). To say I have no idea what I'm actually doing would be an understatement; but I'm a quick learner hope to utilize this site for networking and research.

I'm excessively new at this whole world of owning real estate (officially 22 days - I know noob). My degrees are in art (video production) and in science (biology), so they will be of little help to me in this arena. Oh, I work as a photographer, and though I've never done real estate photography my skills and equipment might eventually come in handy. (Maybe?)

As you can tell I'm a mess; artistic lover/student of science that takes stills and now owns real estate (and rambles). Well, I will end my introduction here. It was nice to meet you all.

Very respectfully,

Trish
