Hello everyone , I recently purchased my first rental income 2 years ago. It has fortunately appreciated 43%. Rent is breaking even, due to high HOA fees. I am wondering should sell or should I continue to hold. The property is a two bedroom, new building, in downtown Portland Maine. Thank you. Tanay
