I am new to the Real Estate business and my largest fear is simply not knowing. I know I cannot know everything but I would like to know some basic (beginner) terms that typically come up.  I believe that knowing the definition of the basic terms used will help to give me a strong foundation for starting. Hello My name is Todd Hunter and I am new to the site and just beginning in the business. I am looking to get started as a wholesaler or a bird dog to gain experience. I know the upstate of South Carolina well due to being  a service technician for many years and intend to use my knowledge of the area to transform my future.

After being married for 26 years and having the house to ourselves; my wife and I are going to begin working on our retirement future. We are excited to learn and look forward to speaking with everyone from BP and thank you all for the information you share here.
