Seen some condotels that seem to be fairly decent price.. however the HOA fees are outrageous like 750 dollars a month.?
can you make money on these if they allow you to self manage ?   or have any of you made these work out?   just wondering what your experiences have been with these high rise condotels

Thanks

Just wondering do I need to file a LLC in the state that I am purchasing a property ? or would my home state be suffice?
property will be in the name of the LLC

Ok so it sounds like to me remotely shouldn’t be any issue as long as you have good people locally house cleaners and automated programs etc…

Thanks for the information much appreciated

Just trying to get some pointers from anyone that is an out of state investor..Can you manage your property from remote without using a property manager ?   if so,  what has helped you do this and do it effectively?   I have read post where owners are not there during check in etc…. Let me know how you handle yours if you can… much appreciated thanks.
also if you are not in the area,  what if something comes up during their stay, how do you handle that?   on call maintenance person?
thanks again

Oh ,  also this is not on the same subject and I know lots have different methods.. but if you do it yourself.. what software do you like best to help with your check in , check out emails etc… also help with your cash flow, expenses to keep track of that…lodgify?

Thanks
