I am researching and considering using an online service to help with rent collection, statements, and other administrative management tasks for my rental property business. Is there a website that you use that you would recommend? Any that I should stay away from?

I'm Todd, and I'm a new member to Bigger Pockets, Pro. My Dad has invested in real estate for over 20 years, and I have helped him rehab, flip and care for his rental properties and tenants along the way.  I am excited to begin making my own real estate investments, I'm mostly interested in owning rental properties in hopes to give my family financial freedom and be able to spend more time with my daughters and wife. 

I am currently looking in Catawba County, NC and the surrounding areas for my first rental property purchase. I would love to hear any advice you have on finding investors, and things you wished you'd known before purchasing your first rental property.
