Hi BP family!
My wife and I live in Canada and are very new to REI and are looking to start with wholesaling in Virginia (NOVA). We have not picked any city or county and would appreciate general advise and help from those of you already in the business.
We would love also to build a good power team (investor friendly agents, contractors, lawyers, title companies etc.) and would appreciate referrals.
