Awesome i will have to go to some of those! I have always wanted to do flips to get a foothold of some investment money, then i would like to branch to rentals and owning complexes and houses. I would love to know some good ways of networking to possibly find people able to teach me and help me progress.

Hey guys and gals! My name is Tolby Hunt and i have always had an interest in investing. I also like the idea of having properties invested in. Im 18 and just starting out adult life. I have a full time job working in a cubicle. My goal is to not be working in a cubicle but spending my days investing and creating a vast network of investments for myself and my future family. Any beginners advice/suggestions.

I met with this guy named Mitch Nelson and he was telling me all this stuff i already generally knew about RE Investing and he said he could guarentee me making lots of money quickly, if i signed up and learned through Renatus. Sounds great right? Well he said Renatus costs $20,000 and once I have those tests taken on there, he would help me make $10k+ a month. Is this a load of crap?
