Hi! I am looking into the West End Arlington neighborhood of Birmingham, AL. There's a lot of activity there and opportunities for BRRRR. However, the neighborhood has had serious safety issues in the past. I want to have perspective from current landlords in this area. What has been your experience, specifically with safety?
