Yea, I am kinda new to this forum thing.  Entered the location I happen to be at and it wouldn't let me change it to my home address until next month.  My roots and most common location is Nashville.

Hi.  I'm new to real estate investing, but I have some knowledge and resources.  Looking to flip my first house or two in the Nashville, TN area sooner rather than later.  1.  Any ideas on the best areas of town to look for?  2.  What size/value property should I be considering first?  3.  Do I need a real estate agent?  4.  Should I get a loan or just use my own savings?
