If you've ever thought about investing in New Hampshire real estate, but needed some help to get started, this is the event for you.
My name is Tom Cafarella, owner of Ocean City Development of Wakefield Massachusetts. Ocean City Development is a fix and flip real estate investing company that has bought, renovated and resold 100 or so single family homes in Massachusetts every year for the past 5 years. We’ve also accumulated over 200 rentals units in the past 3 years and are continuing to build our rental portfolio to build towards our personal passive income goals. We’ve been extremely fortunate over the past few years to have put together a great team and have been part of some pretty exciting deals. We’ve reached a point now where we are looking to further expand our business into a new geographic location and we have decided on New Hampshire as the next logical choice.
Over the past few years, we have generated an enormous amount of seller leads in New Hampshire, but because we don’t invest there, had no way to monetize these leads. We briefly considered doing some projects in New Hampshire, but after careful consideration have decided against it. We’re just too busy in the greater Boston area with what we currently have going on and that isn’t going to change in the near future. However, we still want to expand and are looking to begin the process of building out an investment team in New Hampshire. While we won’t be doing the projects ourselves, but teaching those who are interested how to do these types of deals. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to learn how to invest in real estate in New Hampshire by plugging into our systems that we already have set up. What we will be providing to people who join our team:
1. Leads: we already have leads coming in and we are just throwing them away right now. We will be handing these leads off to our new team members. 2. Mentorship: we will be teaching you all of the methods that we currently use that have allowed us to fix and flip over 100 houses per year and accumulate a ton of fix and flip investments. 3. Education: learn how to fix and flip and buy and hold for long term wealth(or if you are doing it already, how to do it better)
4. Accountability: we have a full time office coach that will be holding you accountable to your goals
5. Access To Funding: we already have relationships with lenders who will fund really good deals(the kinds that we get all the time)
What we are looking for:
1. Motivated individuals that are willing to learn, be coached and follow our systems
2. People that are interested in building wealth long term in real estate
