I'd have to agree with Jon. My last 3 deals have been all cash. I think with so much equity in the market, people are able to pull cash out of primary residences and invest into new assets. Owner occupants have also been come common with FTHB I am noticing.

Finally a licensed agent! Now what? I have already been signed with a brokerage but I’m motivated to close my first deal ASAP!!! I’m hungry and I’ll do whatever it takes. What is some advice for a newly licensed agent on getting listings and closing your first deal. Where do I start?!?
