Well, this is a good start. Start by connecting with local real estate investors in SA and soaking up game from them. Outside of podcasts and books, I would just start and not wait.

The property manager should handle this asap. The PM should let them know again and if not serve them an eviction notice.

Yeah, I would run an eviction report. That is pretty low.
