Hi,

I'm looking at a deal for a motel zoned C2 that I'd like to convert into studio apartments. The seller is highly motivated and is willing to accept an offer contingent on rezoning approval. I would need to get the property rezoned to R3 or apply for a PUD.

I've never done a deal of this size or dealt with rezoning before. My typical investments are residential fix-and-flips and short-term rentals. I'm looking for assistance to give me the confidence that I have someone working with me who can handle the rezoning process. I have a full-time job and can't commit all my time to this.

Any advice on how to approach this or a recommendation for a firm I could hire to help would be extremely helpful.

Hi!

Looking for an agent or companies to get quotes for home insurance services including wind coverage for 3 airbnb properties in Palm Coast, FL.

Any help would be great!
