I bought a property from InvestwithAce for 80,000. To date the property has appreciated to 115,000, tenant remains in place and everything was a smooth transaction so I can vouch for him! I am looking into buying his course as all his new investors keep buying his new properties since I cant compete with their cash purchases!  But yes Elliot is a solid guy.

Hi everyone I am looking forward to learning at BP. Currently I have one rental property in Indiana that I purchased from Elliot Elkhoury which has appreciated well and the cashflow is good too. Im looking for a second property which Im hoping would be turnkey but am trying to find a good seller at the moment. I look on facebook, social media as well as google searches but am looking to network more to find listings for the midwest region with good landlord laws and a decent cap rate by the month of april. Any help as well as networking would be appreciated and I look forward to learning in these forums!
