Hi

I pay for all utilities in a recovery home in multiple four plexes.

I have covers on the thermostats but the tenants find ways to get in them and raise heat and lower air conditioning in the summer. I’m in Vegas.

Each unit has a 3 ton heat pump package unit.

I’ve been thinking split units but expensive to retrofit.

What about an 8’ton unit to go to all units with one thermostat that I Control?

Any thoughts?
