hey buddy where you been, i left the Indianapolis area and now in Ohio, so maybe we can still wholesale a deal together. I will be doing virtual wholesaling in Indy, since i know the area and have many buyers down there also. Give me a shout out this is Tia.  It HAS been a long time since 2019, we talked on this forum.  I have flipped and brought over 20 properties since then.  holla!!!!!

ok the contracts you need or purchase and sale agreement for the seller and yourself, and than the

assignment contract for you and the end buyer of the property. holla if you need free contracts.

see ya TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quote from @David Taylor:

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Just a quick question about wholesaling. When it comes to putting a property under contract, there is the matter of earnest money. From what I understand, it is expected to put up a certain percentage of the purchase price as the earnest deposit. What do other wholesalers do in this situation? Thank you.
