Good morning, does anyone know of additional ways to get equity out of an investment property besides doing a cash out refinance?

Hey BP, I decided to take the leap and start investing in rental properties and I am trying to build my team up.  I am looking for any good recommendations for contractors in Delaware that are reliable and reasonable.  I appreciate any info and advice.
