Has anyone taken the Brad Smotherman course, is his program legit?
His program sounds a lot like Pace Morby, who do you think has the better program, or is another program you would recommend for learning creative financing?

I just purchased my first two duplexes and I want to automate everything as much as possible. I have heard ads for Rent Redi, and I would like your input on the best automated online systems for manage your rental properties.
