Hi BP members,

I am a new member looking to venture into the real estate business.  26 years old, Born and raised in the Hartford, CT area I currently have a mechanical business based out of Hartford, CT. Family owned and operated, we have been doing plumbing & heating since 1978, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling. In case any of you are from the area, you may be familiar with my business Tony Marzano Plumbing & Heating Co. Inc!  :)

Moving along, my parents used to be heavily submerged in the real estate world, with my mother having her license active through the 90's and 2000's to my parents owning several rental properties of their own, some of which are still still owned today.  With that knowledge, coupled with my technical knowledge through my business, along with input/knowledge I am looking to gain from all of the fellow members on this site, I am looking to get into investing on the buy/hold and/or house flipping side of real estate. I myself have little real estate experience of my own, but I have had my eye on this business for a couple of years now and am ready for the challenge! I look forward to communicating and with you all, and hope you all feel mutual.

Best,

Tony
