Hey Chase - I'm an investor based in Orlando, FL. I've done some research on the market in KC and it seems really promising. First step for me is just getting connected with local agents, contractors, etc so I'd love to chat sometime!

Hey BP,

Quick question for you all: When analyzing a property to see if it's worth investing in, is there a rough calculation you use to get an estimate of what home insurance will cost? Is there a site you go to look up average home insurance costs in an area? I want to make sure I'm accurately assessing what the cost would be so I accurately assess potential cashflow. Any advice would be appreciated - Thank you!
