I'd like to pretense this question with the fact that I'm not a real estate wholesaler... yet. I'm laying out the logical steps and examining a potential business plan before diving into something that appears so appealing. I'd love to find a guru in my area to mentor/pick their brain.

I live in Oklahoma and recently examined the Oklahoma Residential Real estate contract. I noticed there is no Assignability Clause (Buyer may assign and thereby be released from any further liability under this contract).

I noticed the Oklahoma contract has an area for provisions. Which brings me to my questions.

Question #1) Do most folks write this into the provisions area and is that legal?

Question #2) What do other smart / seasoned veterans suggest writing in this provisions area?
