why is it so hard to get a good realtor in detroit either they are lazy or wanna make u buy what they feel you should have thats crazy

Yes people are buying everyday here and people are avoiding Detroit as well. It depends on your tolerance. There are some good neighborhoods for rentals.
There's also areas in the metro area that are attractive for investors right outside Detroit.
