Congrats on taking the steps to get your license! I agree Prep Agent is good. I also used the practice exams they have on the PSI website and Quizlet. If you need any pointers for picking a brokerage or anything else feel free to reach out!

Quote from @Sunil Kurian:
There are lot of great resources out there to choose from. On the recommendation of others, I really leaned in heavy on Prep Agent. Others I knew enrolled completely in his paid course without any complaints. (I mostly accessed just the free resources he's put out on youtube/itunes.) I found his content to be extremely succinct and presented in a way that helps you remember the important points of different real estate concepts.
Wish you luck!
Sunil, thank you so much for this! I had heard about their paid content I wasn’t aware they had free content too. The YouTube videos have been so helpful so far!

Hi everyone! I am an inspiring investor in the Manchester, New Hampshire area. I've been working as a full time accountant since graduating college, and was looking for a career change. I was blessed enough to get a part-time, fully remote accounting job at an amazing company that encourages employees to pursue their other passions as well, and decided to work towards getting my real estate license! I've completed the 40-hour course, and am scheduled to take the National and NH State RE exams on 3/26/22! I was wondering what everyone's favorite study tools were? What helped you the most when studying for the exams?
