I am very interested to learn as much as I can about Mobile Home Park investing. Any good books on this topic? What kind of numbers should I be looking at?

We will be wanting to invest in the Northwest Indiana/ Southwest Michigan area if anybody is around that area and wants to meet up to talk more about it.
