Hello Everyone,Few rookie questions,
1. what is a title search? who does it and how to do it?
2. after negotiating an agreement on price with seller, Do I open escrow or go to the agreeing on price with thetitle company?
3. Can anyone suggest a real estate-friendly title and escrow company in the Northern Virginia and Central Maryland regions?
4. Is there anyone who has done both assignment and double close in the DMV area?
5. Have anyone done Lease options in the DMV area or any other creative financing deals?
