So any agreement for both parties to get through for partnering? Agent needs to be secured their commission before work with you so paperwork is necessary.

So both of us act as partner, right? And normally what % or $$ they may take would be a fair value for them?

I am currently talking a realtor to help me find the end buyer as buyer agent for the wholesaling property. If I want to work with them, how much % or $$ I need to compensate them? any contract or agreement for reference in order to present them to get the commission as she told me that she needs to get commission via company not by herself. Not quite understand how to work with them. Any suggestion or opinion would be appreciated.

In fact I like to do my own website after company setup. The temporary one is quite few to sign up. That's really workable. The main point is that once you created the website, you have to get traffic in order to attract the cash buyers. That's the important thing. You also need to have sellers website to get motivated seller as well. Hope this would help.

I have a deal on hand with estate property but the name on the deed is the decedent. I like to know if I like to have the deal close, can the relative sign the title transfer on behalf of the decedent or the relative needs to do the title transfer first. Any commend on this issue would be great help. Thanks. :D

I know what a squeeze page is but I don't know where to set it up and how to build it up effectively. Since it may attract motivated seller and buyer at once, I don't know where to get seller/buyer's name and email from website. Any suggestion or information about the topic would be helpful. Thanks!
