Thank you for advice. What about moving an existing property that i ahve rented out. Would I "buy it from myself" under the LLC with new bank agreement?

I understand the benefits of setting up a corporation to house your real estate assets. However, from what I understand bank loans to corporations for residential properties are not available (at least the banks I asked). How do you go about acquiring an investment property through an LLC if you want to finance a portion of the purchase? Also I have one property now, how do i move it into an LLC (if I incorporated). Are there specifc funding options for buying residential properties thru an LLC?

I am in similar situation to original topic creator (Jason). Mike OH replied about starting with conventional then doing a re-finance. Am i correct in assuming that if the deal on the original property was "so good" that there is immediate equity to pull out in the re-fi to apply to the next deal?
